Because Vimeo is a trusted video hosting service that supports over 100 million unique visitors per month, if the videos are not streaming properly it probably has to do with a slow internet connection. If you are on a shared network with lots of other users who are simultaneously surfing the web, this may cause the videos to not stream properly. If this is an issue, try accessing the content when there are less users on the network or try another network with higher internet speed.
